central location helpful doorman varied breakfast
The location proved very convenient. Many attractions were within a short distance. Tony, the doorman, offered really good help securing taxis. The buffet breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries.
The gym was rather small.

The staff, Kevin and Soli, were cute!!! We stayed for three nights. My family included two adults and two young children. The staff were very helpful to us.
The hotel room wasn't the BEST, and the view from the window was only a wall.

super star service at this hotel!
warm staff helpful service pampered stay
the staff were so warm and cute, especially tony and jackson who helped with exchanging money and buying sim cards. i felt genuinely cared for by the team. plus, rachel from the breakfast team on the 12th floor always greeted me with a smile.
the corridors felt too hot! it was like a sauna. a major overhaul is needed. building work was ongoing, and i wish i'd been informed before my stay.

The staff offered perfect service, specifically Daisy and Jasmine, who were nice and efficient. I found support available at all times. My room and other amenities were pristine, and the breakfast offered a good start to each day. The communication was effective.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could occasionally hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The rooftop restaurant offers AMAZING vistas and a varied menu. I particularly appreciated the well kept fitness center, which features modern equipment such as treadmills and elliptical machines, all kept in super clean condition, for instance.

My room had a supremely comfortable king-size bed, a spacious work area. a modern bathroom that included both a rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub for relaxation. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary minibar, restocked daily.

Amazing stay at this Jewel!
friendly staff great recommendation cheerful service tasty soup
Everyone was friendly and super attentive. Staff such as Tony, Jackie, and Dennis helped me with my bags and gave great recommendations. Rachel at the Skybar was so cheerful and ready to serve and even brought things I bought to my room. Vinn took my pho order every morning so I could enjoy the tasty noodle soup.
The view from my room wasn't awesome since I faced a wall.

The hotel had a skybar for tasty beverages with friendly service and a restaurant with a diverse array of dining options. It's a spot you would be happy with for sure. A swimming pool is available with hours for relaxation, however it may be under repairs during certain times of the year.

The rooms include comfy beds and housekeeping staff leaves kind notes. These rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Executive Suites are available. These offer an upgrade for visitors. Rooms have limited views, but they are a cozy retreat after adventuring.

The hotel's location was definitely convenient. I found many restaurants and wine bars nearby. It was also away from the major hustle. The staff were VERY courteous and helpful.
I found the shower setup to be a potential hazard. The shower was in the bath, high to step into. The bath surface was quite slippery. The swimming pool was not heated, and it felt FREEZING.
